I'll go on my own time to build alliances with neighbors and local businesses. You can help the cause by pointing people to this site and contributing information, pictures, and videos. Most people nowadays have camera phones, and anything can help. Just provide the date and time it was taken, and we'll put it up on this site.
This will work if we all contribute. Vigilance and knowledge are great weapons against those who do bad things in our town and elsewhere. I was told that there was a case in Concord, and police weren't able to do anything, so the victims posted their surveillance videos on YouTube, and the citizens locked in on the suspect, resulting in an arrest.
